Stop Your Thoughts is meant to be a playful look at my own mind. I often struggle with overthinking and keeping my mind organized. When tasked with the challenge of making a book that best describes me, I felt that a self help book was probably something I should be reading.
The joke, however simple it may be, is that the book itself look worn and well loved, while the contents of the book are overflowing and unorganized. The book is filled with pictures that I thought might represent my memories, as well as string, pins, and other little things that I use often, or that I find have a certain meaning to me.
