In our current age of technology and social media, it’s common knowledge that the users have become the product. Social media comes down to “What can we sell to you?” and “How can we convince you to buy it?”
Everything from our age, our family, our race, our connections, our sexuality, to our work schedule, is figured out through social media to give companies a better chance of selling their product. With that access to our inner lives, selling something isn’t always the end goal. Sometimes there’s a bigger entity above that one, that wants our information for more nefarious purposes.
With knowing that, how else can you feel, but hunted?
